Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our focus is on complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction with our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us.
Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
In case you are not fully convinced, you can cancel the order within 4 hours of order confirmation by calling/WhatsApp on +91-8591487324 or email on TheGreenSlad.firstname.lastname@example.org from your registered phone number/email id. (Use Subject: Cancellation)
Cancellation shall be done within 2 working days and the same shall reflect in your payment method with 7-8 bank working days.
In case you are not completely satisfied with our product quality, you can initiate a refund by sending us by calling/WhatsApp on +91-7021707844 or email on TheGreenSalad.email@example.com from your registered phone number/email id. (Use Subject: Refund)
Refund for the remaining days shall be calculated on a pro-rata basis and informed you for confirmation. After your confirmation, the refund shall be initiated within 2 working days and the same shall reflect in your payment method within 7-8 bank working days.
Example of pro-rata calculation: If you have ordered a package for 20 days and have consumed for only 5 days before initiating a refund, you’ll be refunded for 75% of the amount paid (minus any taxes applicable)
