Indian Mother Care Salad is a combination of several leafy vegetables such as spinach, lettuce, broccoli, and zucchini. The greens are tossed in a lemon dressing made of olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
This salad is made from spinach leaves with tofu cubes on top. Tofu has an excellent source of proteins with zero cholesterol which helps in building strong bones for their unborn baby. Tomatoes keep the heart of the baby healthy. Carrot prevents cramping during pregnancy while Corn helps the development of the baby's eye health and Almonds help in the neurological development of the baby and helps in the prevention of many birth defects.
